I wasn’t born knowing any of this. I didn’t get here because of luck, money, or perfect timing.

I got here because I hit burnout twice!

I walked away from my first business, a thriving dance studio, because what looked “successful” on the outside was draining the life out of me. My daughter spent more time doing homework and eating take-out dinners at the studio than at home. That was my wake-up call.

So I pivoted into corporate marketing for stability, studied for a Diploma in Social Media & Marketing, and built an incredibly valuable skillset. But eventually, that path became another kind of cage. When management demanded strict hours and I was told to choose between my job or school drop-offs, I knew it was time to go.

I’ve always been passionate about many things, dance, teaching, community, creativity, storytelling, marketing, and building things from the ground up.

For years, I thought that made me unfocused.

But it wasn’t a weakness.
It was the thread that tied everything together.

Those skills helped me start again, build Seed Social Marketing, and support other solopreneurs who are juggling a thousand hats just like I did.
